1. Services
iRankers provides SEO, AEO/GEO, AI visibility, web design and related digital marketing services as described in your proposal or invoice. Each engagement’s scope, deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Quotes & Payments
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Monthly retainers are billed in advance; one-time projects typically require a 50% deposit with the balance due on completion, unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may pause active work until the account is current.
3. Timelines
Timelines given in proposals are good-faith estimates. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing access or third-party issues extend timelines accordingly — we’ll always tell you early if a date is at risk.
4. Revisions
Design and content deliverables include reasonable revision rounds as stated in your proposal. Additional rounds or out-of-scope changes are quoted separately before we proceed.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access (website, analytics, ad accounts where relevant), accurate business information, and feedback within agreed windows. You confirm you have the rights to all content and materials you supply.
6. Intellectual Property
On final payment, you own the deliverables created for you (designs, copy, reports). We retain the right to showcase anonymized work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Our internal methods, templates and tools remain our property.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your business data, logins and strategy as confidential and never share them with third parties except as required to deliver the services (for example, your hosting provider or developer, with your knowledge).
8. Termination
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. One-time projects may be terminated by either party with written notice; work completed to that point is billed pro-rata and deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits beyond direct, proven damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, then through the appropriate courts of Pakistan if needed.
